ABSTRACT:
By optimizing their QA organizations, network equipment manufacturers and service providers stand to benefit in many ways--they can get more testing done, reduce time to market, and manage headcount to a particular target. Most importantly, they can more cost-effectively and consistently deliver quality products to market, and retain their leadership positions. This paper takes an executive-level look at quality issues, the ways that real organizations have solved these issues with Fanfare test automation software, and the impressive business results they achieved-including a 350 percent productivity gain, a two-month reduction in time to market, and a 50 percent reduction in resources.
