In order to reduce support costs and improve customer service many organizations are seeking a way to better support their existing customers while also attracting new customers. In this case study, learn how Northbrook IT Consulting Group transitioned to NTR's global remote support solution, which enabled them to bring employees and customers into a support session, then view and take shared control of their machine without any software preinstallations on either side.
