Technical support has always been a challenge for DHL in Sweden due to the large geographical distances between cities there. Learn how by implementing a web-based remote control support system, DHL was able to decrease their company's administrative costs (e.g. traveling and personnel expenses) significantly. Additionally, the quality and efficiency for first time resolution and technical support service also improved dramatically.
