With a large worldwide presence and limited HR resources, Wunderman needed to provide employees with global, consistent access to an e-learning program that focused on the skills needed for current job success and longer-term goals.
In 2002, Wunderman partnered with SkillSoft to provide 25 business skills courses for 500 users with SkillPort as their learning management platform. Wunderman continued to expand the scope of the program to 50 courses for 1,500 users in 2003.
